  • Author: Georgina sami
  • Total Time: 20 minutes
  • Yield: 12 clusters 1x

Description

Festive, no-bake clusters made with creamy white chocolate, tart cranberries, and toasted pecans—perfect for gifting or holiday platters.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 12 oz (about 2 cups) high-quality white chocolate (bars or chips)
  • ¾ cup dried cranberries
  • 1 cup toasted pecans, chopped
  • Optional: 1 tsp coconut oil (for smoother chocolate)
  • Optional toppings: flaky sea salt, shredded coconut, or orange zest

Instructions

  1. Roughly chop pecans and cranberries if needed. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Melt white chocolate using microwave (20-second intervals) or double boiler, stirring until smooth. Add coconut oil if using.
  3. Stir in cranberries and pecans until evenly coated.
  4. Drop spoonfuls onto parchment-lined baking sheet, forming small clusters.
  5. Top with optional garnishes like sea salt or coconut.
  6. Refrigerate for 15–20 minutes until firm.
  7. Store in an airtight container at room temp (cool environment) or refrigerated for up to 1 week.

Notes

Use real white chocolate with cocoa butter for best taste. Toast pecans at 350°F for 5–7 minutes to enhance flavor.
