Instructions
- Gather all your ingredients: instant coffee, sugar, hot water, milk, and optional flavorings.
- Measure 2 tablespoons each of instant coffee and sugar.
- Combine coffee, sugar, and hot water in a mixing bowl.
- Whip the mixture using a hand mixer or whisk until light, fluffy, and holds peaks (2–5 minutes with mixer).
- Heat or chill your milk as desired and pour it into a glass.
- Spoon the whipped coffee mixture over the milk.
- Sprinkle with cocoa or cinnamon if desired and serve. Stir before drinking for a balanced flavor.
Notes
Use a good-quality instant coffee for best flavor. Adjust sweetness to taste. For a vegan version, use plant-based milk like almond, oat, or soy.
