Instructions

  1. Gather all your ingredients: instant coffee, sugar, hot water, milk, and optional flavorings.
  2. Measure 2 tablespoons each of instant coffee and sugar.
  3. Combine coffee, sugar, and hot water in a mixing bowl.
  4. Whip the mixture using a hand mixer or whisk until light, fluffy, and holds peaks (2–5 minutes with mixer).
