A cozy, comforting milk tea made with creamy milk, warm cinnamon, and sweet vanilla—perfect for mornings or calm evenings.
Ingredients

- 1 cup water
- 1 black tea bag or 1 tsp loose black tea
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 1 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 1–2 tsp honey or sugar (optional)
Instructions
- In a small pot, bring the water and cinnamon stick to a gentle boil. Simmer for 5 minutes.
- Add the tea bag or loose tea and steep for 3–5 minutes.
- Pour in the milk and reduce heat. Warm gently without boiling.
- Remove from heat. Stir in vanilla extract and sweetener to taste.
- Strain into a mug and enjoy warm.
Notes
For a dairy-free version, use almond, oat, or coconut milk. For iced tea, brew double-strength and pour over ice.
