A cozy, comforting milk tea made with creamy milk, warm cinnamon, and sweet vanilla—perfect for mornings or calm evenings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 black tea bag or 1 tsp loose black tea
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 1 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 12 tsp honey or sugar (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a small pot, bring the water and cinnamon stick to a gentle boil. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  2. Add the tea bag or loose tea and steep for 3–5 minutes.
  3. Pour in the milk and reduce heat. Warm gently without boiling.
  4. Remove from heat. Stir in vanilla extract and sweetener to taste.
  5. Strain into a mug and enjoy warm.

Notes

For a dairy-free version, use almond, oat, or coconut milk. For iced tea, brew double-strength and pour over ice.
