  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil or avocado oil

Instructions

  1. Whip softened butter, honey, powdered sugar, and cinnamon until light and fluffy. Set aside.
  2. Pat chicken dry and season both sides with paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Let sit 10 minutes.
  3. Heat olive oil in a cast iron skillet over medium-high heat. Sear chicken 4–5 minutes per side until golden.
  4. Lower heat to medium-low. Add 2 tablespoons prepared cinnamon honey butter. Baste chicken as it melts for 2–3 minutes.
  5. Cook until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
