Ingredients
1 cup almond milk
1/2 cup fresh strawberries
3 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Granola and extra strawberries for topping
Instructions
1. In a bowl, whisk together almond milk, chia seeds, honey, and vanilla.
2. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight, stirring once after 30 minutes.
3. Blend strawberries into a puree and layer with chia pudding in jars.
4. Top with fresh strawberries and granola before serving.
Notes
For a creamier pudding, use coconut milk. Adjust sweetness to taste with honey or maple syrup.
