Ingredients

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup honey
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 4 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups sour cream
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup crushed walnuts
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix honey, sugar, and butter until smooth.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well.
- Stir in flour, baking soda, and vanilla extract.
- Divide the batter into 4 equal portions and bake each for 10-12 minutes.
- Let layers cool completely.
- For the frosting, mix sour cream and heavy cream until smooth.
- Layer the cakes with frosting in between.
- Top with crushed walnuts.
- Chill before serving.

- Let the cake sit overnight for better flavor.
