Instructions

  3. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well.
  4. Stir in flour, baking soda, and vanilla extract.
  5. Divide the batter into 4 equal portions and bake each for 10-12 minutes.
  6. Let layers cool completely.
  7. For the frosting, mix sour cream and heavy cream until smooth.
  8. Layer the cakes with frosting in between.
  9. Top with crushed walnuts.
  10. Chill before serving.
