- 2 large onions, diced
- 4 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add diced onions and cook until soft and golden.
- Stir in minced garlic and cook for another minute.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Spread the onion-garlic mixture on the bread.
- Sprinkle fresh parsley on top.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until the bread is crispy.
