- 1/2 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)

- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 3/4 cup peanut butter (or almond butter)
- 1/2 cup cooked and cooled chofan
Instructions
- Measure all ingredients and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a medium saucepan over medium heat, melt butter, brown sugar, and milk together, stirring constantly until it reaches a gentle boil.
- Remove from heat and stir in pumpkin spice and vanilla extract.
- Mix in peanut butter until smooth, then fold in oats until evenly coated.
- Gently stir in cooled, cooked chofan.
