  • Optional: maple syrup (instead of brown sugar)
  • Optional: a few drops almond or coconut extract
  • Optional: 1-2 tablespoons nut milk powder

Instructions

  1. Gather all ingredients including ground coffee, pumpkin puree, sugar, and spices.
  2. Measure cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and cloves, then combine with ground coffee and brown sugar in a bowl.
  3. Add pumpkin puree and stir until mixture is well blended.
  4. Transfer mix into an airtight container or jar, and store in a cool, dry place for up to two weeks.
