Ingredients

- 1 package of frozen potstickers (about 16 pieces)
- 4 cups chicken or vegetable broth
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1 cup chopped bok choy
- 1/2 cup sliced carrots
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
Instructions
- In a large pot, heat broth and water over medium heat.
- Add garlic, ginger, mushrooms, and carrots. Cook for 5 minutes.
- Add bok choy and soy sauce. Stir well.
- Carefully add frozen potstickers to the pot.
- Simmer for 8-10 minutes until potstickers are cooked through.
- Garnish with green onions before serving.
