Description

These Pistachio Ferrero Rocher Brownies are rich, fudgy, and layered with the nutty crunch of pistachios and luxurious Ferrero Rocher chocolates — perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 68 Ferrero Rocher chocolates, chopped
  • 1/2 cup chopped unsalted pistachios

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8-inch square baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the melted butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and cocoa powder until smooth and glossy.
  3. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  4. Fold in the flour and salt until just combined — do not overmix.
  5. Stir in most of the chopped Ferrero Rocher and pistachios, reserving some for topping.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
  7. Sprinkle the remaining Ferrero Rocher pieces and pistachios on top.
  8. Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until the edges are set and the center is slightly soft.
  9. Allow the brownies to cool completely in the pan before slicing and serving.

Notes

For an even more indulgent twist, add a swirl of Nutella into the batter before baking. These brownies can also be baked in muffin tins for single-serve portions.
