These Pistachio Ferrero Rocher Brownies are rich, fudgy, and layered with the nutty crunch of pistachios and luxurious Ferrero Rocher chocolates — perfect for any occasion.

- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 6–8 Ferrero Rocher chocolates, chopped
- 1/2 cup chopped unsalted pistachios
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8-inch square baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the melted butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and cocoa powder until smooth and glossy.
- Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Fold in the flour and salt until just combined — do not overmix.
- Stir in most of the chopped Ferrero Rocher and pistachios, reserving some for topping.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
- Sprinkle the remaining Ferrero Rocher pieces and pistachios on top.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until the edges are set and the center is slightly soft.
- Allow the brownies to cool completely in the pan before slicing and serving.
Notes
For an even more indulgent twist, add a swirl of Nutella into the batter before baking. These brownies can also be baked in muffin tins for single-serve portions.
