Ingredients

- 1 ½ cups fresh pineapple chunks
- 1–2 inches fresh ginger root
- 1 cup filtered water or coconut water
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice (optional)
- 1 tsp raw honey or agave (optional)
Instructions
- Wash and peel pineapple and ginger.
- For juicer method: Feed pineapple and ginger into juicer, pour juice into glass, add lemon juice if desired, and stir.
- For blender method: Add pineapple, sliced ginger, and water/coconut water to blender; blend until smooth.
- Strain through fine mesh sieve for lighter texture or leave as is for fiber-rich drink.
- Stir in lemon juice and sweetener if desired.
- Serve immediately for best flavor and nutrient retention.
Notes
