Ingredients

  • 1 can crescent roll dough
  • 1 cup pecans, chopped
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup corn syrup
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix chopped pecans, brown sugar, corn syrup, melted butter, beaten egg, and vanilla extract.
  3. Roll out the crescent dough and separate into triangles.
  4. Place a spoonful of the pecan mixture at the wide end of each triangle.
  5. Roll the dough from the wide end to the tip to form crescents.
  6. Place crescents on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Let cool before serving.
