- 1 can crescent roll dough
- 1 cup pecans, chopped
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup corn syrup
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix chopped pecans, brown sugar, corn syrup, melted butter, beaten egg, and vanilla extract.
- Roll out the crescent dough and separate into triangles.
- Place a spoonful of the pecan mixture at the wide end of each triangle.
- Roll the dough from the wide end to the tip to form crescents.
- Place crescents on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool before serving.

- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
- Can substitute walnuts for pecans if desired.
