Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1½ cups chopped pecans
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.
  3. Arrange graham crackers tightly to cover the pan.
  4. In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat.
  5. Add brown sugar and stir until smooth and bubbling (about 3–4 minutes).
  6. Let boil for 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
  7. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla and salt.
  8. Pour caramel over crackers and spread evenly.
  9. Sprinkle chopped pecans over the top and press lightly.
  10. Bake for 10–12 minutes until golden and bubbling.
  11. Cool on a rack for 20–30 minutes, then chill in fridge for 30 minutes.
  12. Break or slice into bark pieces and serve.

Notes
