A sweet, crunchy twist on classic pecan pie, this pecan pie bark is a quick, irresistible dessert perfect for holidays or anytime snacking.

- Graham crackers
- 1 cup unsalted butter
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 1½ cups chopped pecans
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.
- Arrange graham crackers tightly to cover the pan.
- In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat.
- Add brown sugar and stir until smooth and bubbling (about 3–4 minutes).
- Let boil for 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
- Remove from heat and stir in vanilla and salt.
- Pour caramel over crackers and spread evenly.
- Sprinkle chopped pecans over the top and press lightly.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes until golden and bubbling.
- Cool on a rack for 20–30 minutes, then chill in fridge for 30 minutes.
- Break or slice into bark pieces and serve.
Notes
Optional: Add a chocolate drizzle or sea salt sprinkle after baking for extra flavor. Store in airtight container for up to a week, or freeze up to 2 months.
