- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup fresh orange juice

- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease or line an 8×8-inch baking pan.
- In a bowl, combine flour, softened butter, 1/4 cup sugar, and a pinch of salt until crumbly.
- Press mixture evenly into the pan and bake for 15–18 minutes until lightly golden. Let cool slightly.
- In another bowl, whisk eggs and 1 cup sugar until smooth.
- Add orange juice and zest, whisk until combined.
- Sift in flour and baking powder, stir gently until just combined.
- Pour filling over the crust and bake for 20–25 minutes, until set.
- Cool completely for 1–2 hours before slicing. Chill if desired.
- Optional: Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
