  • Author: Georgina sami

Description

These No Bake Orange Creamsicle Truffles are the perfect refreshing treat for summer—zesty, creamy, and nostalgic with a bright citrus twist.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz (225g) softened cream cheese
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • Zest of 1 large orange
  • 1/2 tsp orange extract (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 tbsp butter or coconut oil (optional, for smoothing chocolate)

Instructions

  1. Beat softened cream cheese until smooth and fluffy.
  2. Gradually add powdered sugar, mixing until fully combined.
  3. Fold in orange zest, orange extract (if using), and vanilla extract.
  4. Chill the mixture for 30 minutes until firm.
  5. Roll into small balls using a teaspoon or melon baller.
  6. Freeze truffles for 15–20 minutes before coating.
  7. Melt white chocolate (add butter or coconut oil if too thick).
  8. Dip each truffle in melted chocolate and place on parchment paper.
  9. Allow coating to set. Optionally drizzle with extra chocolate or sprinkle zest.

Notes

Chilling the mixture is essential for clean coating. Zest provides better citrus flavor than juice. Store in fridge or freeze for longer keeping.
