- 2 cups white chocolate chips
- 1 tbsp butter or coconut oil (optional, for smoothing chocolate)
Instructions
- Beat softened cream cheese until smooth and fluffy.
- Gradually add powdered sugar, mixing until fully combined.
- Fold in orange zest, orange extract (if using), and vanilla extract.
- Chill the mixture for 30 minutes until firm.
- Roll into small balls using a teaspoon or melon baller.
- Freeze truffles for 15–20 minutes before coating.
- Melt white chocolate (add butter or coconut oil if too thick).
- Dip each truffle in melted chocolate and place on parchment paper.
- Allow coating to set. Optionally drizzle with extra chocolate or sprinkle zest.
