- 1 glass (8–10 oz) filtered water
- ½ teaspoon fine pink Himalayan salt
- Juice of ½ fresh lemon (optional)
- 1 teaspoon raw honey (optional)
- Optional: pinch of cayenne pepper
- Optional: fresh mint leaves
Instructions
- Measure 8–10 oz of filtered water into a glass or jar.
- Add ½ teaspoon pink Himalayan salt and stir until fully dissolved.
- If using lemon juice, squeeze fresh and stir into the mixture.
- For sweetness, add raw honey and stir until combined.
- Optional: add cayenne pepper or fresh mint for extra benefits.
- Drink first thing in the morning on an empty stomach for best results.
- Optional: have a second serving post-workout to replenish electrolytes.
Notes
Start with ¼ teaspoon of pink Himalayan salt if new to the recipe and gradually increase to ½ teaspoon. Avoid excessive sodium intake.
