  • 1 cup (8 oz) water
  • Optional: Fresh ginger slices
  • Optional: Fresh mint leaves
  • Optional: Lemon slices or juice
  • Optional: Cinnamon stick

Instructions

  1. Boil 1 cup of filtered water in a kettle or small pot.
  2. Add lemon balm (dried or fresh) to a tea infuser, teapot, or mug.
  3. Optional: Add ginger slices, mint, cinnamon, or lemon slices for enhanced effect.
  4. Pour hot water over the herbs, cover, and steep for 8–10 minutes.
  5. Strain and discard the herbs.
  6. Squeeze in lemon juice if desired and stir gently.
  7. Sip slowly, ideally before meals or before bed.

Notes
