Ingredients

- 2 ounces hot water (~175°F)
- Optional: vanilla extract, cinnamon, or sea salt
Instructions
- Make lavender syrup: simmer water and sugar until dissolved, add lavender buds, steep 3–10 minutes, strain, and cool.
- Prepare matcha: sift powder into a bowl, add hot water, and whisk in a zigzag motion until frothy.
- Froth milk: heat to ~150°F, froth until creamy.
- Assemble: pour lavender syrup into a cup, add matcha, stir, then add frothed milk and foam.
- Garnish with dried lavender buds or dusting of matcha if desired.
