Instructions
- Sift the matcha powder into a bowl to remove clumps.
- Pour in the cold filtered water.
- Whisk in a zigzag motion with a bamboo whisk until smooth and frothy.
- Fill a tall glass with ice cubes.
- Pour in the milk of your choice.
- Slowly pour the whisked matcha over the milk to create layers.
- Sweeten to taste and stir if desired.
