Ingredients

- 1 lb carrots, peeled and cut into sticks
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix honey, red pepper flakes, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Add the carrots to the bowl and toss to coat.
- Spread the carrots on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Roast for 25-30 minutes until tender and caramelized.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
- Return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes.
- Serve warm.

- Adjust the amount of red pepper flakes for desired heat.
