These Homemade 3 Musketeers Bars feature a light, fluffy nougat center wrapped in smooth chocolate—made without preservatives or artificial ingredients.

- 2 cups milk chocolate chips
- 1½ cups marshmallow creme (Fluff)
- ¼ cup melted chocolate or 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 2 tablespoons vegetable shortening or coconut oil
- Optional: ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Melt chocolate chips with shortening or coconut oil using a double boiler or microwave in 20-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
- Pour half the melted chocolate into a parchment-lined baking pan and spread evenly; chill to set.
- Whip marshmallow creme with melted chocolate or cocoa powder (and vanilla, if using) on high speed for 4–5 minutes until light and fluffy.
- Spread the whipped nougat over the chilled chocolate layer.
- Chill the pan in the freezer for 30 minutes until the nougat is firm.
- Pour remaining melted chocolate over nougat layer and spread evenly.
- Chill again for 1–2 hours until completely set.
- Slice into bars and enjoy.
Notes
For best results, use high-quality chocolate and let marshmallow creme come to room temperature before whipping. Store in an airtight container for up to 5 days or freeze for longer storage.
