- 1 cup fresh guava puree (about 2 ripe guavas)
- 2 cups brewed white tea (cooled)
- 1/2 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice (about 2–3 lemons)
- 1/4 cup honey (adjust to taste)
- Ice cubes as needed
- Lemon wheels for garnish
Instructions
- Brew the white tea by boiling 2 cups of water, removing from heat, and steeping white tea bags for 3–5 minutes. Remove bags and let cool.
- Peel and cut 2 ripe guavas, blend into a smooth puree, and strain if desired for a smoother texture.
- In a large pitcher, combine cooled white tea, guava puree, lemon juice, and honey. Stir until honey is dissolved. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
- Fill glasses with ice, pour in the lemonade mixture, and garnish with lemon wheels. Serve immediately.
Notes
For a twist, add fresh fruits like strawberries, peaches, or kiwi, or infuse with herbs such as mint or basil for extra flavor.
