Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line a 9-inch round cake pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
  3. In a separate large bowl, mix granulated sugar and olive oil until combined. Add Greek yogurt, honey, and eggs. Beat until smooth.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring gently until just combined.
