Ingredients

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 packet (2 1/4 teaspoons) active dry yeast
- 3/4 cup warm water
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon coarse sea salt for topping
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, combine warm water and sugar. Sprinkle yeast and let it sit for 5 minutes.
- Add flour, salt, olive oil, garlic, and rosemary to the yeast mixture. Stir until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes until smooth.
- Place the dough in a greased bowl and cover it. Let it rise for 1 hour.
- Divide the dough into muffin-sized portions and place them in a greased muffin tin.
- Let the muffins rise for another 30 minutes.
- Sprinkle coarse sea salt on top.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
- Cool slightly before serving.
