  • 1 1/2 cups warm water
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine warm water and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
  2. Add flour, olive oil, salt, and mix until a dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough on a floured surface for 5 minutes.
  4. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let it rise for 1 hour.
  5. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  6. Transfer the dough to a greased baking sheet and stretch it to fit.
  7. In a small bowl, mix garlic, oregano, black pepper, and half of the parmesan cheese.
  8. Spread the garlic mixture over the dough.
  9. Sprinkle the remaining parmesan cheese on top.
  10. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
