  • Yield: 4 servings 1x

Description

Juicy, crispy Garlic Parmesan Chicken bursting with bold garlic flavor and nutty parmesan—perfect for family dinners or weeknight meals.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter or olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning or oregano
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs or panko
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) or heat oil in a skillet if frying.
  2. Trim and pat dry the chicken. Pound to even thickness.
  3. Season chicken with salt, pepper, and Italian herbs.
  4. Melt butter in a pan and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
  5. In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, parmesan, and seasoning.
  6. Dip chicken in garlic butter, then coat in breadcrumb mixture.
  7. Bake on a parchment-lined sheet for 20–25 minutes or fry 4–5 minutes per side until golden.
  8. Broil for 2 minutes if desired for extra crisp.
  9. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

Use fresh parmesan for best results. For keto, replace breadcrumbs with almond flour or crushed pork rinds. Chicken thighs offer juicier results.
