- 1 tsp salt

- 1 cup breadcrumbs or panko
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) or heat oil in a skillet if frying.
- Trim and pat dry the chicken. Pound to even thickness.
- Season chicken with salt, pepper, and Italian herbs.
- Melt butter in a pan and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
- In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, parmesan, and seasoning.
- Dip chicken in garlic butter, then coat in breadcrumb mixture.
- Bake on a parchment-lined sheet for 20–25 minutes or fry 4–5 minutes per side until golden.
- Broil for 2 minutes if desired for extra crisp.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Use fresh parmesan for best results. For keto, replace breadcrumbs with almond flour or crushed pork rinds. Chicken thighs offer juicier results.
