- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- 1/2 cup raisins
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine oats, grated carrots, sugar, oil, applesauce, eggs, and vanilla.
- Add baking powder, cinnamon, and salt to the mixture.
- Fold in walnuts and raisins.
- Pour the batter into a greased baking pan.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool before serving.
