Ingredients
- Fresh premium strawberries (firm, deep red, evenly sized)
- Single-origin dark chocolate (70% cacao)
- White Belgian chocolate for contrast
- Edible gold leaf or gold dust for decoration
- Saffron threads or rosewater for flavor infusion
- Crushed pistachios
- Crispy kunafa strands (lightly toasted for garnish)
- Parchment paper
Instructions
- Wash and gently pat dry the strawberries with paper towels.
- Melt dark chocolate in a double boiler, stirring gently until smooth. Repeat for white chocolate in a separate bowl.
- Infuse chocolate with saffron threads or a drop of rosewater.
- Dip each strawberry into dark chocolate, holding by the stem.
- For a layered look, partially dip into white chocolate once the first coat is slightly set.
- Sprinkle crushed pistachios and toasted kunafa strands while chocolate is still soft.
- Apply edible gold leaf pieces for luxury presentation.
- Place strawberries on parchment paper and let them set at room temperature.
