A delicious crispy smashed potatoes pizza that combines the flavors of pizza and the texture of crispy potatoes.
Ingredients

- 500g small potatoes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce
- 1/2 cup diced bell peppers
- 1/2 cup sliced olives
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Boil potatoes in salted water until tender, about 15 minutes.
- Drain and let cool slightly.
- Place potatoes on a baking sheet and smash each one with a fork.
- Drizzle olive oil over smashed potatoes and sprinkle with garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Bake for 20 minutes until crispy.
- Remove from oven and spread pizza sauce over the potatoes.
- Top with mozzarella cheese, bell peppers, and olives.
- Bake for an additional 10 minutes until cheese is melted.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
