Instructions
- Gather all ingredients: pineapple, shredded coconut, honey, lime juice, and sea salt.
- Cut off the top and bottom of the pineapple, peel the skin, remove the core, and chop into 1-inch cubes.
- In a mixing bowl, combine pineapple cubes, honey, lime juice, and sea salt. Toss gently to coat evenly.
- Roll each pineapple cube in shredded coconut, pressing lightly so it sticks.
- Arrange coated cubes on a serving platter, drizzle with extra honey if desired, and chill for 30 minutes before serving.
