Instructions

  1. Gather all ingredients: pineapple, shredded coconut, honey, lime juice, and sea salt.
  2. Cut off the top and bottom of the pineapple, peel the skin, remove the core, and chop into 1-inch cubes.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine pineapple cubes, honey, lime juice, and sea salt. Toss gently to coat evenly.
  4. Roll each pineapple cube in shredded coconut, pressing lightly so it sticks.
