Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease and flour a 9-inch round cake pan.
  3. In a bowl, cream together the butter and sugar.
  4. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.

  6. In another bowl, combine the flour, almond flour, baking powder, salt, and shredded coconut.
  7. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing until just combined.
