Instructions
- Chop the dark chocolate and place it in a bowl.
- Heat the heavy cream in a saucepan until it simmers.
- Pour the hot cream over the chocolate and let it sit for 2 minutes.
- Stir until the chocolate is melted and smooth.
- Add orange zest and vanilla extract, mixing well.
- Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
- Once firm, scoop small amounts and roll into balls.
- Roll each truffle in cocoa powder to coat.
- Store in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
