- 1 medium ripe banana, mashed
- 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional)
- 1–2 teaspoons sweetener (maple syrup, honey, or sugar-free)
Instructions
- Mash banana until smooth.
- Stir in oats, cocoa powder, and optional chia seeds.
- Add milk and mix well.
- Taste and add sweetener if desired.
- Transfer to a jar, cover, and refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Stir before serving, add toppings, and enjoy.
Notes
