- 1 lb fresh strawberries (large and firm)
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/3 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Optional: 1/4 cup whipped cream
- Toppings: graham cracker crumbs, Oreo crumbs, chocolate drizzle, or chopped nuts
Instructions
- Wash strawberries thoroughly and pat them completely dry.
- Remove the green tops and hollow out the centers with a paring knife or strawberry huller.
- In a bowl, beat softened cream cheese with powdered sugar until smooth and fluffy.
- Add vanilla extract and mix well. If using, fold in whipped cream for a lighter texture.
- Transfer mixture to a piping bag fitted with a star tip.
- Pipe cheesecake filling into hollowed strawberries, swirling slightly above the top for presentation.
- Sprinkle with graham cracker crumbs, Oreo crumbs, nuts, or drizzle with chocolate before serving.
Notes
Best served fresh. For make-ahead prep, store strawberries and filling separately and assemble on the day of serving.
