Description
A delicious twist on the classic cheeseburger, wrapped in a tortilla.
Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup diced onions
- 1/2 cup pickles, chopped
- 4 large tortillas
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned.
- Add onions and cook until softened.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Remove from heat and stir in cheese until melted.
- Spread ketchup and mustard on each tortilla.
- Place beef mixture in the center of each tortilla.
- Add pickles on top of the beef.
- Fold the sides of the tortilla and roll it up tightly.
- Slice in half and serve.
Notes
- You can add lettuce or tomatoes for extra crunch.
- Use whole wheat tortillas for a healthier option.
- These wraps can be grilled for a crispy texture.
