Description

A delicious twist on the classic cheeseburger, wrapped in a tortilla.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced onions
  • 1/2 cup pickles, chopped
  • 4 large tortillas
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned.
  2. Add onions and cook until softened.
  3. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in cheese until melted.
  5. Spread ketchup and mustard on each tortilla.
  6. Place beef mixture in the center of each tortilla.
  7. Add pickles on top of the beef.
  8. Fold the sides of the tortilla and roll it up tightly.
  9. Slice in half and serve.
