Instructions
- In a mason jar or glass, add 1 teaspoon each of chia, flax, and fenugreek seeds.
- Pour in 1 cup of warm (not hot) water and stir well.
- Cover and let soak for 4–6 hours or overnight until seeds form a gel-like consistency.
- Add optional ingredients like lemon juice, cinnamon, or apple cider vinegar if desired.
- Stir and drink fresh on an empty stomach or 30 minutes before meals.
Notes
Start with half the seed quantity if you’re new to high-fiber drinks. Soaking the seeds fully is key for proper digestion and benefits.
