- 1/4 cup raw pumpkin seeds
- 2 cups filtered water
- 1 cinnamon stick (optional)
- 1 slice of fresh ginger (optional)

Instructions
- Rinse 1/4 cup raw pumpkin seeds under cold water.
- Soak the seeds in 1/2 cup of water overnight (6–8 hours).
- Boil 2 cups of filtered water in a small pot.
- Add soaked seeds with soaking water, cinnamon stick, and ginger slice to boiling water.
- Reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
- Strain the tea and serve warm or chilled.
- Sweeten with stevia or monk fruit if desired.
