Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mash the bananas until smooth.
  3. Add rolled oats, almond milk, honey or maple syrup, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt. Mix well.
  4. If desired, fold in the chopped nuts.
  5. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Let it cool slightly before serving.
