A delicious and healthy twist on traditional banana bread, baked as oatmeal.
Ingredients

- 2 ripe bananas
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mash the bananas until smooth.
- Add rolled oats, almond milk, honey or maple syrup, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt. Mix well.
- If desired, fold in the chopped nuts.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let it cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Serve warm or at room temperature.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge.
- This recipe is easily customizable with different add-ins.
