- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup cheese (cheddar, feta, or your favorite)

- 1/2 cup diced vegetables (bell peppers, spinach, tomatoes)
- Salt, to taste
- Freshly ground pepper, to taste
- Olive oil or butter, for greasing
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Lightly grease a small baking dish or individual ramekins with olive oil or butter.
- In a mixing bowl, crack and lightly beat the eggs.
- Add heavy cream, salt, and pepper. Whisk until combined.
- Pour the egg mixture into the prepared baking dish or ramekins.
- Mix in diced vegetables and fresh herbs, distributing evenly.
- Sprinkle cheese over the top.
- Bake for 15–20 minutes, or until eggs are set but slightly jiggly in the center.
- Remove from oven and let cool for a few minutes.
- Garnish with extra herbs and serve warm with crusty bread or salad.
Notes
Try adding sautéed mushrooms or zucchini for variation. Use goat cheese or Gruyère for a flavorful twist. Always check eggs a few minutes early to prevent overbaking.
