Instructions

  1. Measure 1–2 tablespoons of raw, unfiltered apple cider vinegar.
  2. Pour 8–12 ounces of warm or room-temperature water into a glass.
  3. Add the juice of half a fresh lemon.
  4. Stir in 1 teaspoon of raw honey until dissolved.
  5. Optional: Add a small slice of fresh ginger or a pinch of cayenne pepper.
  6. Mix well and drink immediately for best flavor and nutrient retention.
  7. Tip: Always dilute ACV to protect tooth enamel, and consider using a straw.

Notes
