- 1–2 tablespoons raw, unfiltered apple cider vinegar
- 8–12 ounces warm or room-temperature water
- Juice of 1/2 fresh lemon
- 1 teaspoon raw honey
- Small slice of fresh ginger (optional)
- Pinch of cayenne pepper (optional)
Instructions
- Measure 1–2 tablespoons of raw, unfiltered apple cider vinegar.
- Pour 8–12 ounces of warm or room-temperature water into a glass.
- Add the juice of half a fresh lemon.
- Stir in 1 teaspoon of raw honey until dissolved.
- Optional: Add a small slice of fresh ginger or a pinch of cayenne pepper.
- Mix well and drink immediately for best flavor and nutrient retention.
- Tip: Always dilute ACV to protect tooth enamel, and consider using a straw.
Notes
Start with 1 teaspoon of ACV daily and gradually increase to 1–2 tablespoons. Best consumed before meals or first thing in the morning.
