- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

- 8 oz warm water
Instructions
- Add apple cider vinegar and lemon juice to a glass.
- Stir in the ginger and cayenne pepper or cinnamon.
- Pour in the warm water and stir well.
- Drink on an empty stomach in the morning for best results.
Notes
You may add a teaspoon of raw honey if the taste is too strong. Drink 20–30 minutes before breakfast, 4–5 days a week. Avoid if you have GERD, ulcers, or are pregnant.
