Ingredients

- 1 cup kefir
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix kefir, chia seeds, honey, and vanilla extract.
- Stir well until combined.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Stir again before serving.
