Ingredients

- 2 cups organic gluten-free all-purpose flour
- 1 cup organic brown rice flour
- 1/2 cup organic sorghum flour
- 1/4 cup organic tapioca starch
- 1 1/2 cups active gluten-free sourdough starter
- 1 1/2 cups filtered water
- 1 tbsp organic olive oil
- 1 tsp sea salt
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine all flours and starch.
- Add the sourdough starter and filtered water.
- Mix well until a sticky dough forms.
- Cover and let rest at room temperature for 4-6 hours.
- Stir in olive oil and salt, then transfer to a greased loaf pan.
- Cover loosely and let rise for another 1-2 hours.
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Bake for 50-60 minutes until the crust is golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool completely on a wire rack before slicing.
Notes
Ensure your sourdough starter is active and bubbly before using. This bread is best stored in a breathable bag or cloth at room temperature for up to 3 days.
