Description

A luxurious pistachio spread infused with saffron, rosewater, and sometimes camel milk. Dubai Pistachio Cream is ultra-smooth, dessert-ready, and packed with rich, nutty flavor — perfect for baking, spreading, or elevating gourmet recipes.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups shelled pistachios (preferably Iranian or Turkish)
  • 12 tbsp organic honey or date syrup
  • 1 tsp rosewater
  • 1/4 tsp ground saffron or a few saffron threads (optional)
  • 12 tbsp camel milk or dairy-free milk (optional, for creaminess)
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Lightly roast pistachios at 350°F (175°C) for 8–10 minutes for enhanced flavor. Cool slightly.
  2. Add pistachios to a food processor and blend until crumbly. Scrape down sides as needed.
  3. Gradually add honey or date syrup, rosewater, saffron, and optional milk. Continue blending until the texture is ultra-smooth and creamy.
  4. Adjust sweetness and creaminess to taste.
  5. Transfer to a glass jar and store in the fridge for up to 3 weeks.

Notes

Use premium pistachios for best flavor and color. Saffron and rosewater add a signature Dubai twist. Great for desserts, pastries, or as a gourmet spread.
